Each Fun Fair session is a complete, facilitated experience designed to combine fun, teamwork, and professional insight.
Here’s what’s included:
Interactive Game Session – a dynamic challenge where teams collaborate, plan, design, and build the park together.
Professional Facilitation – guided by certified Business Agility coaches who ensure engagement, structure, and smooth flow for everyone.
Team Collaboration Observation – during the game, we observe real-time behaviors such as communication, leadership, decision-making, and adaptability.
Team Analysis Report – after the session, your team receives a customized report summarizing collaboration patterns, key strengths, and improvement areas, with actionable recommendations for better teamwork.
The Team Analysis Report turns the fun into measurable growth – helping your team strengthen trust, alignment, and performance long after the game is over.
How many people can join the game?
Our sessions are flexible – from small teams of 6 people up to large groups of 80+ (split into smaller squads).
Can the game be played remotely?
Yes! Fun Fair works perfectly both onsite and online.
How long does it take?
Typically around 3 hours, including the briefing and team reflection.
Where do you organize the games?
The session can take place in your office or during an off-site company event. If you prefer, we can also suggest external venues or coworking spaces and handle the setup.
Is it suitable for introverts or mixed teams?
Absolutely. Every player has a role to play. We designed it to engage both analytical and creative personalities.
