In this module, you will discover in a fun and interactive way all the aspects of the Agile philosophy and the role of the Project Manager and leader. You will gain an understanding of how this fundamental peace is materialized in practice and how it fits your context. You will discover how to handle different issues related to resistance and the importance of the Agile mindset and Culture.
As a Project Manager, you will be able to navigate the differences between the most used approaches. You will understand the advantages and disadvantages of the Agile and Waterfall projects and how to implement a mixture of both. You will get familiar with the modern concepts of management and delivering successful projects.
There are many tactics to deliver Projects, Products, and Services. You will learn why iterative and incremental delivery is the desired way in complex contexts. You will practice implementing iterations and incorporating empiricism and incremental delivery into new and existing ways of working. As an Agile Project manager, you will be familiar with the economics of delivery and can successfully perform Agile risk management.
The latest Scrum guide will be taught and practiced. You will deep dive into all the elements and aspects of Scrum. The “theory” will be transformed into practical exercises and simulations that will prepare you in the best possible way for applying and using Scrum.
This module is dedicated to leaders who develop products and services or support, coach, and help people who do it. Here you will practice all the needed skills and Agile methods for Product discovery and value delivery. You will experience real work with a team that develops innovative solutions and discover “Where does product backlog come from?”
